Data deletion

In the studio, open a creator, go to Accounts and choose Disconnect. The access token and profile details stored for that account are deleted immediately, with the numbers we kept for it. For TikTok and YouTube we also take back Mitsushiro's access on the platform. Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there.

• Instagram: in the Instagram app or on instagram.com, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and choose Remove next to Mitsushiro. Instagram tells us at once, and we delete the stored access token and all Instagram data we hold for that account (its profile details and numbers). You can also ask for deletion from the same screen; Instagram then gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
• YouTube: in your Google account, open Security, then Third-party connections (or go straight to myaccount.google.com/connections), choose Mitsushiro and remove its access. We delete the stored token and the YouTube data we hold for that channel within 7 days, as the Privacy Policy says.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, then remove Mitsushiro.
• X: Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps, then revoke Mitsushiro.

Once access is removed, nothing more is read from or posted to that account.

In the studio, open Settings (the gear at the bottom left), go to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. It happens at once: your subscription is cancelled, and your account, creators, every picture, voice, video and post, your uploads and any connected-account tokens are deleted, and you are signed out. Posts already published on TikTok or X stay there until you delete them on the platform.

If you can't sign in, email fefeapphello@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Mitsushiro account”, and we'll do it within 30 days.

Settings → Your data → Download my data gives you everything we hold about you in one file.

Only what the law requires, such as billing records, and short-lived security logs that expire on their own. See the Privacy Policy for details.
