Terms of Service

Mitsushiro lets you design fictional, AI-generated creators (their pictures, voices, videos, life story and posts) and run brand accounts. Once you connect an X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn account and turn it on, Mitsushiro writes and publishes posts, replies, messages and follows on that account on your behalf, at the pace and within the limits you set. You can see, change or delete anything scheduled before it goes out, and pause an account at any time. Features may change as we improve the service.

You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your Mitsushiro account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

• You own the X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts (and LinkedIn Pages) you connect, and you are responsible for them and for everything Mitsushiro posts on them for you, whether you approved each post or turned on Autopilot.
• You also agree to each platform's terms, community guidelines and automation rules, and you keep your accounts in line with them. Platforms may limit, label or remove content or accounts on their own terms; we are not responsible for their decisions.
• Follow advertising rules (in the UK, the CAP Code and the ASA's guidance on influencer marketing). Sponsored or paid posts, and posts promoting something you sell, must be clearly marked, for example with #ad. Mitsushiro adds #ad where a creator's post carries a product link or a sponsorship you set up with its label on; you remain responsible for the rest.

• Creators must be fictional adults. Do not use Mitsushiro to recreate, imitate or impersonate a real person, living or dead, or to suggest that a real person said or did something.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use, and never a photo of someone without their permission.
• Only clone a voice that is your own, or that you have the speaker's written permission to clone. Never clone a public figure's voice. We keep a record of each confirmation.
• Never create content depicting or appearing to depict minors in any sexual or suggestive way. We report such attempts to the authorities.

• Tell audiences that your creators are AI-generated wherever the platform or the law requires it, and use the platforms' own tools: TikTok's AI-generated content label (Mitsushiro turns it on for every TikTok post) and X's “Automated” account label (the studio links you to the setting; only you can switch it on).
• We suggest a line in the bio too, such as “AI creator · Automated by Mitsushiro”.
• Never tell people that an AI creator is a real person when they sincerely ask.
• On LinkedIn, connect only your own real profile and company Pages you administer: LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow profiles for people who don't exist, so an AI creator belongs on a Page, never on a personal profile. Follow LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies, and don't use polls to ask for political opinions, health or other sensitive data.

You may not use Mitsushiro to:

• Deceive people in ways that harm them: fake reviews or testimonials, false claims about products, scams, or using several accounts to manipulate conversations or trends.
• Post political or election content of any kind, including campaigning, political advertising or content about candidates, parties or votes.
• Create adult or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, bully, threaten or target anyone, or post hateful, violent, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Send spam, post duplicate content across accounts, or follow, reply or message in bulk.
• Copy other people's posts or creative work and publish it as your own.
• Break, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or resell access to it without our written agreement.

Content is checked by our AI providers' safety systems and some requests will be declined.

You own what you create with Mitsushiro and what you upload, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material. You give us the permission we need to store, process and publish it to provide the service to you, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI output can be wrong or resemble existing material by chance. Check what goes out, especially facts, prices and claims about products.

• A plan gives you a number of creators (the Business plan: one business) and an allowance of credits every 30 days. Unused plan credits do not roll over: they reset at the start of each billing period. When an allowance or a price per action changes, your current period keeps its balance and the new allowance applies from your next period.
• The Business plan covers designed posts, motion videos and your X; it does not include AI-filmed video, talking clips or creators, which come with the Creator plans.
• Credit packs you buy never expire and are used after your plan's credits.
• Credits that have been used are not refunded. If something fails on our side, the credits for it are returned.
• Prices, billing period and renewal are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

You can stop using Mitsushiro and delete your data at any time (see Data deletion). We may pause posting on an account, or suspend or close your Mitsushiro account, if it breaks these terms or a platform's rules, or puts people, the platforms or the service at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first and say why.

We provide Mitsushiro as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, that generated content will suit a particular purpose, or that any platform will accept, distribute or keep your posts or accounts. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost followers or audiences, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies; continuing to use Mitsushiro afterwards means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the laws where you live.
